Meditation Prompt: Move gently with each breath. Receive God’s restoration and release tension.

Yoga Pose: Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana–Bitilasana)

Instructions: On hands and knees, inhale arching the back (Cow), exhale rounding the spine (Cat). Repeat slowly.

Journal Prompt: I allow God to restore me as I flow through each movement.
