Day 5 — Renewal
Scripture: “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” – Isaiah 40:31
Hope in God is active trust, not passive. It lifts our vision beyond fatigue and discouragement. God renews strength for the journey ahead. With Him, endurance becomes possible.
Meditation Prompt: Inhale strength; exhale stress (repeat 3 times)
Yoga Posture: Seated Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana)– Sit comfortably in a chair, or on a cushion or the floor. Place your right hand on your left knee, your left hand behind you, sit up tall then gently twist to the left. Hold for 3 breaths. Relax and unwind. Repeat on the other side. Remember to sit up tall and take slow, full breaths. And always be gentle with yourself.
