Day 1 - Stillness

Scripture: “Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10

Let us quiet our hearts and stop striving, as we acknowledge God’s sovereignty. In stillness, we show our reverence for, and trust in, God knowing that He is in control of all.

Meditation Prompt: Allow your mind to quiet and your heart to listen for God’s voice

Yoga Posture: Seated Side Stretch (Parsva Sukhasana) – Inhale arms up, exhale bend sideways right and left, hold each side for 3–5 breaths

Journal Question: Where do I need to be still and trust God in my life today?
