Day 2 - Rest
Scripture: “Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28
Our compassionate Lord, Jesus, invites us who are weighed down by the challenges of life to find rest in Him. Not through ritual or effort but by entering into a relationship with Christ himself.
Meditation Prompt: Settle in and feel God’s peace as you breathe in His presence and let go of tension on your exhale
Yoga Posture: Seated Mountain Pose (Sukhasana) – Sit cross-legged, lengthen spine, relax shoulders, hands on knees, breathe deeply. Hold for 5–8 breaths
Journal Question: What burdens can I give to God today, and how can I feel His peace in my body and mind?
