Day 3 - Surrender

Scripture: “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” – Philippians 4:6

This call to take every worry to God is rooted in His sovereignty. Anxiety can be replaced by peace when we bring all our cares to the Lord with thanksgiving. We must pray not to control the outcome but to surrender to God’s perfect will.

Meditation Prompt: Breathe in God’s calm; exhale anxiety to Him

Yoga Posture: Seated Cat-Cow (Sukhasana Cat-Cow) – Hands on knees, inhale arch back, exhale round spine. Repeat 5–8 times
