Meditation Prompt: Find a comfortable seat, settle in and feel God’s peace, as you breathe in His presence. Let go of tension on your exhale. Repeat this slow, gentle breathing for 10 breaths

Yoga Posture: Seated Mountain Pose (Sukhasana) – Sit cross-legged, lengthen spine, relax shoulders, hands on knees, breathe deeply. Hold for 5–8 breaths

Journal Question: What burdens can I give to God today, and how can I feel His peace in my body and mind?
